Prohibited Acts
Claiming that you are a citizen if you are not.
Submitting false information as to your name, address, or period of residence.
Voting more than once in any election. (This does not apply to voting a replacement ballot after a spoiled ballot was invalidated.)
Bribing or offering to bribe, or use any other corrupt means to attempt to influence a person in voting.
Paying for accepting payment for voting – Buying or try to buy anyone’s vote by payment or promise of money or by the gift of intoxicating liquors or by any other thing of value.
Disturbing or attempt to prevent any voter from freely casting his ballot.
Allowing an employer (or officers or agents of a corporation) to coerce, intimidate or threaten to discharge or reduce the pay of any employee in order to influence the employee’s vote.
Permitting an employer (or officer or agents of a corporation) to demand to examine or inspect an employee’s ballot.
Altering or change any person’s vote, or otherwise preventing the person from voting as he or she intended.
Deceiving or interfering with any voter inside the polling place or when preparing his or her ballot.
Procuring, casting or tabulating false, fraudulent or fictitious ballots.
Denying or abridging any person’s right to vote.
